1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EarnQuest platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in investments on EarnQuest. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

Warning: Participation in EarnQuest investment tiers involves risk. While we strive to provide a stable earning environment through verified task rewards, results are based on platform activity and verified engagement. You should only invest funds you can afford to allocate for the specified cycle duration (e.g., 30 days).

4. Withdrawal Policy

  • Scheduled Withdrawals: To maintain platform security and ensure efficient batch processing, withdrawal requests are exclusively accepted and processed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: Users may request a payout once their withdrawable balance reaches GH₵50.00.
  • Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee is applied to all successful withdrawal requests to cover banking and transaction costs.
  • Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review and are typically processed within 24 business hours of the scheduled window.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated bots or scripts to complete tasks.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of referral abuse.
  • Promoting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party intellectual property.
  • Providing false information during account verification or payout requests.

6. Termination of Service

EarnQuest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EarnQuest operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
